Golden Age is pleased to announce a retrospective of French publisher Kaugummi. Golden Age will display more than 70 zines from Kaugummi’s 7 year publishing history along with a retrospective book to be launched at the event. Publications from Kaugummi’s catalog will be available for purchase at the event. The event will include a drawing from frequent Kaugummi collaborator Félicia Atkinson.

After Paris, Rennes, Los Angeles and Brussels, the Kaugummi Archives will be presented at My Monkey in Nancy (france).
The whole kaugummi archive will be displayed in the gallery, as well as a selection of titles from Bartolomé's Sanson own collection. A little salon d'écoute will be set in the gallery with all our records to listen.
Opening on december 16th with special christmas desserts & a bunch of zines for sale !

Special Kaugummi night at Family
Five exclusive zines will be released at the occasion (geoff mcfetridge, estelle hanania, sumi ink club, e*rock, david horvitz). Each zine released in an edition of 50 handnumbered copies and only available at the show. Each one will be print on a different color paper : five artists / five colors / five zines : one night at family bookstore
Two music shows are schedule for the event : los angeles based musician randy randall (from no age) will perform solo + our kaugummi fav félicia atkinson will play her first solo show in los angeles.

Archival Revival : a celebration of books and music with Kaugummi Books and Not Not Fun Records.
"Synchronicity Space is pleased to present an extremely jubilant event welcoming Bartolomé Sanson and Felicia Atkinson into Los Angeles by way of France. We will host a night in order to praise the printed accomplishments of Kaugummi Books and the melodical accomplishments of our own LA based, Not Not Fun Records. Together, we will transform the gallery's interior space into a setting equally grandiose and convivial.
Amanda of Not Not Fun (as well as Pocahaunted and LA Vampires) will be providing music for your ears and Bartolomé will lend us Kaugummi publications for your relaxed perusal. Please join us for an elegant night of aural and visual adulation."
